This is amazing, frightening, disgusting. I see it was posted on sept 27, one day before the new Military Commissions bill was passed. Now, Mr Arar, and many many others could be legally held forever without any possibility for outside legal counsel and without any possibility to seek release in court.
The fascist nightmare has begun.
