(This is a second take of the tune with a slightly better mix-I canceled the first video) I first heard "The Lone Pilgrim" on a Doc Watson record (i put a great picture of him at the end of my clip) and this beautiful tune stayed in my mind ever since. I play it here with ukulele, fiddle and mountain dulcimer and did my best to sing it...the fellow in the picture at the middle of the song is Joseph Thomas, known as "The White Pilgrim" and the subject of this beautiful hymn-ballad...(This is a second take of the tune with a slightly better mix-I canceled the first video)
