Hello all, I am back into the my house again after a lovely trip to Victoria (another state in Australia).

This video contains my weight loss update, a note about upcoming video content, and also some information about what to do after ending a juice fast. The thing is this is probably just as important to get right, otherwise you will fall back into old bad habits again.

Please take a look at this material on amazon. I am a big believer in Dr Joel Fuhrman, the man knows his stuff, and I think it's a great plan for use juicers, do go take a look and let me know what you think.

  • Tim, just found your videos. Really well done. Down to the point and no spiritual blabla!! Congrats on your weight loss and the whole journey. I am on day 16 today and are still fighting my cravings and still have occasional hunger pangs. Keep us posted how you are doint after the juice fast!!

  • @felicity12100 Congratulations on your fast, day 16 already. I can tell you I am getting ZERO hunger pains, nothing. Occasionally if I see something I used to think was nice I feel the odd sensational but it goes quickly. It will get better and better for you as time goes on, it certainly has for me.  Appreciate your support, thanks so much and keep up your good work!

  • hey Tim great stuff on day 15, just curious once you get off the juice fast and go back to solids are you going to continue doing shorter fasts monthly to keep the body in good order? I would like to know how often should you break for in between fasting??

  • @dab0o Howdy, I don't plan to do any more fasts at this stage, but rather go to a normal eating plan. See my day 35 video and the notes below it (you may need to click Show more) for the program I am going to use. It's called eat for health by Doctor Joel Fuhrmann and is simple and effective.   • Hey! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my brother in law got amazing Six pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.

  • I love Dr. Joel Fuhrman. I have two of his books, Eat to Live and Fasting and Eating for Health. I'm going to follow his plan and continue to fast 2 days per week until I reach my goal weight. Keep the videos coming. Love to hear from you.

Hey that is cool about it being filmed in your state, would love to hear how you find it when you go. and yes cheese is bad bad bad (as it most diary). You live and learn, I certainly am!
