  • I don't know why some people are making it a big deal about her reference to Sri Lanka as her country. She moved there when she was a baby and lived there till 9 and then went back to London where she learned English hence her accent. A lot of people associate themselves with their heritage more and not exactly where they grew up based on how they were raised. Plus it's not even that serious....

  • Canada welcomes her! She is a great artists and very interesting to listen to. I'm glad she is bringing her heritage and style to our culture because we never hear anything like it. Bringing it into pop culture is a very important thing to do.. Very positive and gets me excited.
