Combination of steroids and genetics. It's too bad that people can not naturally achieve this size unless they have a myostatin deficiency. They are coming out with myostatin inhibitors though. Still, unatural, but that's going to be replacing steroids and should be safer. Myostatin inhibits muscle growth. With an inhibitor your muscles would grow even while you sleep. Gains would be easier to achieve. etc. Most of you already know this.
