The song pretty much explains it. The only thing I'd add is that the blue doctor at the end is supposed to be the real doctor, meaning Rose and the doctor got their happy ending :)

I love Doctor Who and it's nice the Doctor has found love but a happy ending won't work the Doctor is over 900 years old and he changes (litrilary) and he can't stay with someone forever. I love the Doctor and Rose love story for the same reason I love The Vampire Diaries and Fallen they have tragic love stories the girls will grow old and die and the guys will stay young and live for a long time.
