@GladiatorGage Get plexiglass at lowes or home depot and some hardware stores and lumber yards, glass companies if you need real thick stuff over 1/4"

Permit me to add my own method for cutting plexiglas and drilling holes:

I have been working with plexiglas since 1989 and I can tell you that I have become quite proficient at drilling my holes by just drilling with a regular drill bit "IN REVERSE" let the heat do the work and once the hole is through drill in forward motion to clean it out.

I cut my plexiglas with a table saw and router the edges for the smothest effect.

When I cut it by hand I use a Plexiglas Scortching tool
