OK, ok..... I'm a little of a historic freak myself. I collect old things, I even look for them in the dirt. Bottles are cool, buckles are cool, old bullet lead is cool, marbles are cool, buttons are cool, coins are cool but .... This is a damn water tower, its not heritage its a freaking water tower, tear it down and build something new. Keep America looking brand new, safe and healthy!

Thats a shame! This was probably a 1905 tower.. I am part of a groupe that preserves these for historical purposes.. Let them stand! Nothing is built in america anymore with such pride and art as was in the early 20th century :) Long live the Tin Man and Fat man water towers!
