Agreed! Love Clive's style. I'd take him over Nicko any day. Same with Di'Anno over Dickinson. Old Maiden was the best Maiden.

I remember Stratton when he stepped into Maiden. I was a regular at the Bridge House in Canning Town when he was in RDB .We always stood on Strattons side of the stage: "A wanky-wanky, a wanky-wanky-wooo!! :-)
Who remembers that then!
I think Stratton is using his old cherry Les Paul custom in this clip. When he joined maiden he bought a Gibson Firebird, ripped the pickups out, put in some full size humbuckers. I wanted the old ones but couldn't afford the 50 quid he wanted.
