There was a greeting poster in video "DALGODENSTVUVAI SVETI VLADIKA"! - GOD BLESS YOU WITH LONG LIFE SAINT BISHOP. Archbishop here means chief of the Skopian eparchy it's not regarded as an Archepiscopy. BG orthodox churc is significant older than serbian and Skopie always has been in BG church area excl temporarily serbian not long influence. Greets.
