This promotional video was produced for performances by Art Lynch as Frank Crowe, the engineer who oversaw the building of the now historic Boulder Dam (later renamed Hoover Dam). The performances were done during the Boulder City 31er Days honoring those who built the dam and who still live in Boulder City, Nevada. Crowe spoke to everyone from second graders to living surviors of the Great Depression workers who build one of the engineering wonders of the world. Performances ranged from ten minutes to an hour. Considerable research was done by Art and Laura Lynch in preparation for the program, with the support of many Boulder City historians, video archives and various academic books.
