Hi Eric, I'm in Physical Therapy school and we are presenting the area of brain tumors in our neuro class; this video really brought our role as therapists home for me and the patient's road to recovery!

Hey Eric, as someone who recently had a meningioma removed (successfully thank God) I just want you to know that I find your courage and outlook inspiring. It's so ridiculously cliche to say this but it's true that we're not defined by our circumstances but rather the choices we make. I think your story is one more proof for the truth of that statement. Cool! I had brain cancer 10 years ago and I'm really lucky! No recurrance and no disabilities, just a small fusiform brain aneurysm they say probably can just be watched. I do feel on a huge emotional roller coaster that is much better now and I'm doing really well but it's tricky finding people who understand the effects on the personality after surgery, chemo and radiation. It's not that I need to be understood by others, but it would be helpful to understand myself a little better!
