@seal201111 I believe it was in 1995 in a diplomatic message sent from from the embassy of the UK to our government. Either way, if the government of the K does care about T&C Islands, they sure don't show it, it's more or less abandoned and relativity underdeveloped.

@dave19941000 when has the UK government ever said that? it's only canadian politicians that propose having these territories, they have never been offered by the UK government.

@seal201111 Oh come one, it's not like the UK cares. The UK's government has said in the past if we want Turks and Caicos, we can have it, and the majority of the Islanders want to be part of Canada. It would be nothing more then the changing of the guard and transfer of command.

The government of the UK doesn't care about T&C islands, we should just invade and annex them, and take The Bahamas while where at it (the Bahamas requested to be a province in 1911, we rejected them, that's a mistake we should correct). The British gave many Islands to Australia and New Zealand, and every British Island in the Americas could have been part of Canada, including the Falklands, we are the ones who said no, lets correct that mistake we made.

Barely got back from Turks and Caicos... and missing it already. A lot places claim of paradise, but T & C is the true paradise. :)
