@Itadatimasu I'm saying that even though Fighting is super effective against normal (assuming Skater is normal-type) and Seismic Toss is a fighting-type move, it still wouldn't be super effective because it would deal a set amount of damage directly correlating to the user's level, no more and no less. So saying Hobo was level 100, Seismic Toss would do exactly 100 hit points of damage, ignoring resistances and weaknesses unless the target were a ghost-type, in which case it would do none.

@NiceHotCupOfBro super effective is weakness and such if im not wrong. using fire on plant is super effective....but fire on water isnt ass´effective.

@Itadatimasu Seismic Toss can't be super-effective, it deals damage based on level.
