@TouchOfAimar Whoa, calm down there, friend. The song is called Human, and it's by Leah Siegel. I'm pretty sure she wrote it specifically for this advert, and this is all there is to it. The rest of her music is awesome, though.

I saw this on Russell Howard's Good News. When it was finished I had tears down my face. I was so touched by this and the message it puts across. AIDS is quite similar to cancer in a way so I can relate to it as both my mum and my mums parents died of cancer, I lost my mum 2 years ago when I was only 12. Im crying now as its on too. I love this video and love to see how people can be helped. Thank you to the people who made this and thank you to Selinah. :')
