silverwood is a slum. their idea of maintenance is memorizing phrases like, "thats just the way it is", or "yeah we have this problem alot", or "they have the oldest cheapest appliances they can get here".

@NCC1701zulu seems very suspicious to me.  especially when there is no written notice of his entry or reason to be in my home. that is not a good idea and i will not tolerate it again. i will respectfully insist my lease is broken or i will talk to every tenent here and see if we cannot find people missing property. i will also take further action with the proper authorities if i am not released from my lease so i can move 500 yards down the street for $200.00 less a month.

@ApartmentsForRent yes i could rattle off problem after problem after problem, promise after promise, after promise. also they like to just enter your apartment without any notice and leave without any notice. i had a work order in. they guy showed up, ordered a piece he said i needed. three days later i come home from work early and he is leaving my apartment. he sees me and tells me he he is here to install the piece, but he did'nt have it on him or his tools, but he was in my apartment.
