She needs a man like David, to tame her and get her. She tries to escape, but she couldn't because their love was strongest than her egoism. And I have never seen a person who loves Maddie so much like David, he always loved Maddie, even fighting with her. And now, she tries to do another no sex pact, ooh my goosh. And she doesn't want to admit that she loves him. THEY ARE SOULMATES! DAVID AND MADDIE <3 ALWAYS! TRUE LOVE!

In defense of Maddie, the control freak who wants to control everything especially her messy emotions and desires... realize she is a woman madly in love and lust, most likely for the first time in her life, and to boot with a man who represents everything she is against . She is also afraid David isn't serious about her. Inside she'd love it if he boinked her until she couldn't see straight . To her this means her life is careening out of control. Basically the poor girl is scared.

Can Maddie is getting on my freaking nerves! You wait all this time and then they finally get to it and your like YES! Maybe she'll loosen up! BUT NOOOOOO! She wants to make another pact! Why can't she just do it again like a normal person! But still you have to love her because without all the sexual tension in the show, that she mostly creats, it wouldn't be the same!
