@ xOutdoorDavex, it's people like you who have been pissing off horses for thousands of years, hopping on their backs and forcing them to slave your lazy arse through rough terrain for no reason other than your own pleasure. At least MX'ers have machines... These machines don't get sore, don't need to eat, don't feel pain, needn't be tied up while in the saloon, nor do they put holes in the creek bed. Oh yeah, bikes also go faster. We win. ;p

I agree, get those horses out into the pasture and save the trails for dirtbikes and 4-wheelers! Horses shit all over the place, we dont need that!

That bike is the best bike ever made until it stalls on a hill and has to be kicked over :)

Its not a horse track...its a "whatever the fuck you want it to be" track. Unless of course the police are pulling you over for not being a horse.

It's liquid cooled. The XR650R comes with slightly different gearing depending on which market it was built for: 15/41 for Australia and 14/48 for everyone else. According to MCN, with 15/41 gearing a genuine top speed of 188km/hr (117mph) can be reached in stock form on the XR650R. If you were to do some tuning and set the gearing for speed you could get a fair bit more but... XR650R rally bikes get over 200km/hr in races, but that would be with $3k+ of work.

i would hope it would do over 100... i gotta 1980 XL 250 and it will do 110... that if we are talking about km/h

It's a old railway in middle of Sweden.
Now that embankment is used as a horsetrack.
