I never understood how you can be a Christian and a proud gay person, even when I was an atheist, I never understood that. The bible says its a sin. Lying, stealing and looking at people with lust are sins too. You cant steal, lie and lust, try not to stop and not ask for forgivness AND STILL THINK YOURE GOING TO HEAVEN. A proud gay person doesnt try to stop being gay and they dont ask for forgivness but still think theyre going to heaven. Its not a difference between sin but the person sinning

@babipassion25 Since people pick and choose what they follow then it's easy as a Christian or an atheist. Christians don't get up in arms about working on Sunday, eating shellfish or wearing mixed fabrics so this is just one more thing for them to choose from. Thing is people want to keep some reason to hate other people (of course with the plausible deniability of hate the sin love the sinner BS).

I know Christ exists because same as the wind, I see the affects of what christ did in my life as well as others. (Simple example.) And yes Everything dose fall in to the balance of a higher power to determine right from wrong. He is Righteous.

Yes it is. What makes god exempt from morality? Is morality arbitrary? Is there any act god can't perform in your mind that would void his moral authority or is god indistinguishable from the devil? Your description of him makes him a capricous and malevolent monster. You like this charachter just because you think he favors you. My morality prevents me from worshiping such a monster BECAUSE I am moral.

Good thing he doesn't exist.
