  • some one told me that one should only file nails in ONE direction. What do you think. It was mentioned that when one files in both directions the is a danger that the nail splits.

  • @Paulinajtking I have not heard of this before. That may be the case with some people's nails, but I have not experienced this problem myself with my own nails.

  • @robicool hmm i think there is a way to grow your nails faster, a friend of mine recommended and I think it helps. Drink fish oil which comes in form of pills, which are orangeish. :) I hope it helps you!
