@RENFEMikado May be . But we are living here in CATALONIA. Here the meat comes fromCharolais or Limousine or mixed with Bruna de los pirineos (swiss). In Catalonia there is no bullfighting.

@susannegunia Holsteins are sure good dairy cows; maybe the best in the world. The dairies in my county have Holsteins. I think Brown Swiss would also be good for dairy. I thought the Spanish used Andalusian Brave Bulls for meat?

I saw this video today by coincidence. Yes there are Holsteins cows in Spain. I dont know, where you are from, I am German and I am living in this village and the clima is like in Germany. The Holstein cows are here because they give more milk and here the most farmers are deary farmers. The Swiss cows are for the meat!!!

Buff... I'm sorry, but I don't know nothing aboat cows. Músser, this little village, is near french border. Maybe that's the answer???
