Storyline:
Elena doesn't remember how she's survived. The last thing in her mind from that day is the boots coming to her. When she wakes up in a hospital, Stefan is there waiting for her. He tells Elena that he's the one who saved her and that Damon didn't make it. He's hoping to be with Elena but after her dream about Damon this won't happen.. She forces Stefan to tell the truth so she finds out that Damon was the one who saved both of them - Stefan and Elena.. But blinded by his feelings for Elena Stefan locked Damon in the basement...
