Noise pollution near 9888 Cameron Street in Burnaby, BC. It's becoming intolerable!

The fan noise residents of 9888 Cameron Street in Burnaby, British Columbia, have to deal with since Tuesday, January 18, 2011. The problem has been ongoing for a year that I have been living here, but it has never been this loud. Apparently, the noise is coming from the fans of Lougheed Mall McDonald's sitting on the corner right next to our building. It helps them ventilate their kitchen apparently. The noise does not cease at night time and is there throughout the day. My parents' bedroom is facing this corner. They are forced to sleep in earplugs. While Lougheed Mall and Burnaby City Hall say they are dealing with this problem, it is definitely not going away. Help us raise awareness about this problem! It's a violation of basic human rights to sleep and nighttime's rest. I am not even talking about the kind of headaches it gives during the day.
