He is talking about his love to a person who doesn't care and love him as much as he does.
He starts by asking her heart, why does it make him suffer and prefers to stay away from him, though he is faithful to his love. He is saying that she made him suffer and stay up all night. She forgot what was between them(love). He is asking her to stop acting this way.
