What does UnitedHealthcare CEO Stephen Hemsley have to lose if Congress passes real healthcare reform this year? Well, for starters, his nearly three quarters of a billion dollars in unexercised stock options might lose a few pennies on the dollar.

What does Isabella, a four year-old girl in Winsconsin who is physically incapable of eating and has had to be tube fed her entire life, have to gain from healthcare reform? The treatment she needs to live a normal life.

Brave New Films is launching a major new campaign to reveal the truth about the health insurance industry, and we need your help to do it. Contribute $25 today so we can create more campaigns exposing the obscene wealth of the CEOs of Aetna, CIGNA, Humana and WellPoint and the policyholders theyve abandoned for profit.

  • I am a shareholder in UnitedHealthcare. Great stock, up over 30%.

  • @tickyul Totally agree with you. The government does not make it better, like putting on a band-aid when you need major surgery! We did fundraising for a little boy with a brain tumor. You know how many people wanted to give us cash for the family because they knew there benefits would be taken from them. Vote for Ron Paul.

  • @zacky89 You're really intelligent. "Your money are used" grow a brain u and the 4 ppl who liked this.

  • It's the dirty republicans that kill this great nation...... Fuck those nasty cowards...

  • Fuck the American healthcare system! And yes I am American and I live in America......

  • Very useful information. I am very interested. thanks boss...

  • I love it. They demagogue the industry for all of 09, in order to push through a trojan horse bill that entirely benefits that same industry through mandates to buy their highly monopolized product and severe buying restrictions that hurt consumers. What a bunch of idiots, these dems.

  • @Vetwolf13 If insurers don't deny some people care because of their extraordinary risk level, everyone else's costs go up. I actually want my excess/unused premium dollars in the pool to go to people who are sick through no fault of their own--but do you know how many people are sick through no fault of their own? Slim to none, since conditions of pure personal irresponsibility are the primary drivers of American HC costs: 75% obese/overweight, 25% smoke, etc.

  • @darknessofkrish Except that many progressive and socialist-leaning policies in America have been engineered to the exclusive benefit of monopolized industries: biofuels, health care, schools, pretty much the entire public sector... Socialists in the US are fucking industry shills, plain and simple. Look at the health insurance mandate, you tool.
