Ummm dude. I support this car with no question. And yes it is very powerful, but please do not show the car acceleration on a down hill.. That just makes it look weak.

@SDTricker trust me it's fast on any grade. The Tesla never leaves the drive wanting more power. The really amazing thing is the traction it gets. The car gets so much traction on a good surface that it's hard to get the tires to break loose the car just takes off like it was shot out of a cannon - but a totally silent one!

@areacable Yes a totally silent one. I just thought that showing it accelerate down hill makes it look weak, but yes, I know of the extreme torque it gives out.

Actually, yesterday at my college there was an electric car show, and a former professor brought his Tesla Roadster to show off. He told me that he pays about $0 a year to power it up because he charges it from his home made solar station in his back yard. Pretty impressive I say.
