The Omaha Tribal Pow Wow is the longest running pow wow in the US.

Macy is a census-designated place (CDP) along the Missouri River about 30 miles south of Sioux City, Iowa.

Why no sound?
I borrowed a small camera this day. Apparently the camera had no mike, or else it was busted or something. So some very interesting speaking, drumming, singing, and other festive sounds are sadly missing here. Oops!

I LOOOOOOOOVE THIS POW-WOW! :P been going to it since i was born, it's about 10 miles from my grammas place in Walthill Nebraska, so it's all good! not a contest pow-wow anymore since the casino nearby closed down.
