  • A person can definitely get by without the stereo editor, but it has it's perks. It's Melodyne-like pitch editing can be fun for fixing pitch or just tearing up stuff. It's pretty much required for reverse reverb tricks and things of that sort. I'm glad you like RecordingReview!

  • I've never used the stereo editor because I didn't know it existed. I've gotten along fine just without it. My favorite bit has to be the "Pull it all the way down to negative infinity or whatever. I guess it only goes down to minus 50...close enough." Recording Review is a fantastic website by the way.
