Why are the top comments just about the black crowes. black crowes are awesome but levon helm is levon helm. Its an honor for the black crowes to have levon invite them on stage. levon is the true legend on that stage.

The first music I ever bought for myself was the "She Talks to Angels" casette single. I was about 9. I laid down my little allowance for it. My dad was so happy he bought me the whole album. God bless The Crowes. And Mr. Levon. :)

@mulechick Amorica by far u cant touch that album and yes underrated and under appreciated. alot cause they didnt make songs just for radio play< and hell everyone knows FM radio sucks these days i mean rly do i wanna hear kid rock every 15 minutes

@travisf31 Reverse that, no, what I mean is The Band is the greatest BAND of the entire 20th century. Anyone who hasn't seen the version of this song on "The Last Waltz" may not know what I'm talkin about. Dylanesque song writing with the voice of Levon as well as the other musicians and the collective contributions of the entire Band make them truly original never to be repeated. Besides who would do it? A Rock Band? A Jazz band? Folk band? Soul? Gospel? Country, Blues?The Band defines The Band

Unreal. This is the greatest rock n roll band of our time. People won't really appreciate the Crowes until they are gone, but will be looked back on as one of the greastest musical, cosmic and straight ahead rock bands that ever was.
