  • It looks like you are using pulse on the Tig. The welds from what I can see look very good. What machine are you using and can you tell me the settings? I'm asking cause I have some similar material to weld but I have rarely use pulse. I'd like to set my machine up similar.

  • @valveman12 I'm using a Lincoln Square Wave 255 @ probably about 176 amps. I don't use the pulse feature- it's done with a foot pedal.

    Thanks for your comment.

  • OOOPS I saw you stick the Tungsten.

That's ok I do it too!

  • @valveman12 I know! So embarrassing... :)

  • I believe it's 3/8" thick.

  • great vids what tig welder are you using

  • Thanks! It's a Lincoln Square Wave 255 with a foot control and water cooled torch.

  • @welderseries Ah so you pulse with the foot pedal. I like that idea. I have several tig machines and some with all the bells and whistles. Everlast powerpro 209, USR Welding CT320 but my main machine is a Miller 200 Synchrowave. I'll have to give the foot pulsing a try.

  • how thick is your welding table?

  • hi! Thanks for watching!
