Agreed, HK sales aren't always genuine, but don't doubt that they COULD indeed have the originals. It's a hard call to make, no doubt.

Thanks so much for checking :) I haven't seen many reviews or opinions on these pieces, so you're in an elite league of people who own the genuine article that can confirm that what I have is at least the norm :) And the only reason why I would think I may have a bootleg is just because these are so hard to find for sale and most of the only ones you can find are popping up from Hong Kong store locations, which I absolutely never trust as being genuine for anything.

Everything you described is the same on mine. I haven't heard of bootlegs of these (though I haven't been looking very hard for them), so you may very well have the genuine article there!

On the rear of the packaging, next to the UPC number, it says "Made in China" and the blocks of text are colored. From the bottom up, the Japanese text (with the aoshima-bk.co.jp website written out) should be surrounded by yellow. The text above that (with the TEL: 054-263-2595 written) is white and covered in black. All text above that should only be black text on a white background. I couldn't see well enough in your video at the 3:36 mark whether the text was being surrounded by grey or not.
