Nubbinownz Wizard's Ascension Breakdown

This video was requested on a help thread I started on newgrounds. It shows the project file for one of my tracks "The wizard's ascension" To give people an idea of how I produce my music :D

I'm going to be starting up a tutorial / news vlog via request. Anything you wanted to know about fruity loops, just PM me or comment in one of the video's and I'll do my best to get a video to you as soon as possible :)

in regards to automation, I personally (and I think most people that rely on a lot of drumfuckery in their music as well) rely more on pre-pattern waveform manipulation or manual pattern effects (depending on what software you're using) over automation. In my experience it's a lot more precise, and it's easier to get the precise sound you're going for. I'm on renoise though, so maybe it's different on other software.

Great vid, it's helpful to have an alternate viewpoint on this sort of thing

I hear ya :D And actually every one of those single hits are already manipulated wave forms that I've made. :D

It's almost necessary IMO :D
