LVL 305 {grand theft autumn}

While Axel is away at his friend's funeral, Tess decides to visit someone she knew in the past. Tess tells the young woman that she was the one "he" said I Do to in the church, not Tess. Who could they be referring to? The woman responds that she's not the one who has to make the decision, Tess is. She then hands Tess a transcript to an unpublished novel. Could Sienna's advice about people sometimes writing what they can't say be accurate? Who wrote the novel Tess just received? And how is she connected to the author?

Delilah calls the one person she knows understands enough about her past to help her and Max make amends for whatever mysterious bad deed they did: the reason Max has returned to Las Vegas for her help. She calls Deacon and asks him to help cover up the theft of an extremely expensive car that Max stole several years before. The lawyer who lost the case in the first place has a vendetta to throw Max in jail, and perhaps Delilah as well because she used her family's money to keep Max out of jail in the first place.

Fritz takes Shayne to show her the apartment he is renting for them to live in while the two of them are at college. Shayne asks him why he bought it, and he admits that he was jealous she was hanging out with Denver. She accuses him for not trusting her, and he apologizes and tells her he loves her.

Elsewhere, Denver, wondering why Phoenix freaked the second she saw him at Shayne's house, tracks her to the hotel where she's staying. When he confronts her about her reaction, she tearfully confesses that she is his twin sister, and she came to Las Vegas on her search for him. They were seperated at birth and while Denver was never told about her, she always knew about him and has been searching for him for a while. Realizing she had finally found her long lost brother was an emotional overload, however, and that was why she ran from him at first.

Raleigh, still on her trip to colleges she's looking to go to for school in the fall, stops into a campus restaurant and sets eyes on a mysterious hot guy across the room. He smiles at her and motions for her to join him at his table. Is she willing to truly be non-exclusive with Lennox? Will she give in and hang out with said-hot guy or not?
