A church in Florida has created a controversy by saying that it would burn copies of the Koran to mark the ninth anniversary of the September 11 attacks.....And argue not with the people of the Scripture (Jews and christians), unless it be in (a way) that is better (with good words and in good manner, inviting them to Islamic Monotheism with His Verses), except with such of them as do wrong; and say (to them): "We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you; our Ilah (God) and your Ilah (God) is One (i.e. Allah), and to Him we have submitted (as Muslims)."
( سورة العنكبوت , Al-Ankaboot, Chapter #29, Verse #46)

5:28 O you who believe [in Musa (Moses) (i.e. Jews) and 'Îsa (Jesus) (i.e. Christians)]! Fear Allah, and believe in His Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), He will give you a double portion of His Mercy, and He will give you a light by which you shall walk (straight). And He will forgive you. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

20:100 Whoever turns away from it (this Qur'an - i.e. does not believe in it, nor acts on its orders), verily, they will bear a heavy burden (of sins) on the Day of Resurrection,
101 They will abide in that (state in the Fire of Hell) - and evil indeed will it be that load for them on the Day of Resurrection

And the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the christians say: Messiah is the son of Allah. That is their saying with their mouths, resembling the saying of those who disbelieved aforetime. Allah's Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth!

Quranic viewpoint that every nation was sent a Messenger for their guidance. The important matter was the concept of Tawheed i.e., in oneness of Allah. The secondary matter was Shariah which kept changing from tribe to tribe and nation to nation time to time BUT WITH QURAN AND LAST MESSENGER MUHAMMAD SAW ALLAH HAVE ABOLISHED ALL PREVIOUS SCRIPTURES AND LAWS ,T. Allah, the most high, alone knows what is good for His creation. As it is mentioned in the Qur'an:
And for every Ummah (a community or a nation), there is a Messenger; when their Messenger comes, the matter will be judged between them with justice, and they will not be wronged. (Qur'an 10:47)

And verily, We have sent among every Ummah (community, nation) a Messenger (proclaiming): "Worship Allah (Alone), and avoid (or keep away from) Taghut (all false deities, etc. i.e., do not worship Taghut besides Allah)." Thenof them were some whom Allah guided and of them were some upon whom the straying was justified. So travel through the land and see what was the endof those who denied (the truth). (Qur'an 16:36)

Some of these Messengers are mentioned in the Qur'an by Allah and some of them are not as the Qur'an says:

And, indeed We have sent Messengers before you (O Muhammad(P)); of some of them We have related to you their story and of some We have not related to you their story, and it was not given to any Messenger that he should bring a sign except by the Leave of Allah. So, when comes the Commandment of Allah, the matter will be decided with truth, and the followers of falsehood will then be lost. (Qur'an 40:78)

So, we decided to have a look at the issue of Messengers sent to various tribes and nations and taking the advice of the Qur'an So travel through the land and see what was the end of those who denied (the truth).
Allah is our creator and he sent following prophets to guide mankind

Lut (Lot)
Ismail (Ishmael)
Is'haq (Isaac)

Shu'ayb (Jethro)
Musa (Moses)
Harun (Aaron)
Dawud (David)
Sulayman (Solomon)
Ilyas (Elijah)
Al-Yasa (Elisha)
Yunus (Jonah)
Dhul-Kifl (Ezekiel)
Zakariyya (Zechariah)
Yahya (John the Baptist)
Isa (Jesus)
And the final prophet is Muhammad ( saw)

6. Libraries were busy loaning out copies of the Quran. Yes, libraries across the USA, Canada and Europe were busy lend out copies of the Quran to its patrons.

7. Thanks for saving the Muslims advertisement dollars. The free publicity to the words 'Quran' and 'Islam', that you gave, Muslims could have spent millions of dollars but couldn't have generated the same publicity and attention of the media, and thanks to you, the word of God (the Quran) became a household word.
