A baby at 32 weeks is already unique..already reacting to different sensations..it is a real baby...with a heart that beats, who sleeps..who reacts to movement..Fully formed and viable. When Tiller was making $5000 (later $6000) for each partial birth abortion (PBA) in 98 and 99, he was forced to reveal if he killed the child due to a potential "physical" harm to the mother, or due to a risk of a "mental" harm to the mother.
The result?
1998--Tiller killed 58 babies by PBA
1999--Tiller killed 182 babies by PBA
ALL killed for risk of "mental" harm to patient
ZERO for risk of "physical" harm to patient
