Watch from start to finish. The series explains why this image occurs and why the roles seem reversed. Though that has more to do with my psych/soc analysis. :P

Anyway this DOES happen but not till the second to last arc in the series, so if you only saw the student council or black rose arcs you wont notice this image, if you saw the entire series, it was a fraction of the entire series that it occured so its no surprise you forgot.

I only recognize it cuz i am rewatching the series again.
