@kingssman2 but don't you also consider it inhumane to have criminals who have killed a whole family or coerced hundreds of women into sexual slavery to actually enjoy a decent life where they are fed and have a place to live? The organs that may be procured can SAVE an innocent existing life. You hear of people WAITING for a kind soul to donate their own organs to save their life. But because organs are so vital not many are too willing. Please reconsider your thoughts.

@verena2010do Its that the thing is. they've done horrible things are should not be initled to ANY human rights prisons these days are a walk in the park for crinimals and if you want to see things change in the uk and the usa then inmates should be made to do things like this. doing this is for the better of all humanity. if there is a healthy inmate then he/she should be forced to give there organs up when he/she dies.

Inmates should be forced to give up there organs regardless of what he/she belives. this should happen all over the world.. imagine the mind that killers organs could save imagine the diffrences to the world that one mind could change. but no our country is so full of do gooders that we cannot benifit from the people who have done us wrong.

Although I never thought of this matter, but now that you mention this, it seems like a good idea. Allow the Death Row to donate their organs: let them save lives with their deaths.

.... uhh kinda creeped me out. Granted current method of capital punishment destroys all the organs, something about having a heart removed in surgery as a form of modern mayan death seems,,,,,, creepy. Course also capital punishment in general is kinda inhumane and creepy.

Unfortunately for this idea, any government that does not value life enough to ban Capital Punishment does not value life enough to bother with all the legal problems resulting in trying to get this legislation into law.
