Props to the cops for clearing the debris out of the passing lane. However, he'll probably more forward and pull someone for speeding next ! What a backward system we have. If you drove like that civilian in Germany, where lane maners are paramount to safety, the cops would pull your license on the spot. Or, you would likely be the cause of a collision. The civilian should count his blessings for not getting a ticket and KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT TO PASS !!!!

@irenegade164 I completely disagree. Wrecks are caused by a large difference in speeds. For example, having cars doing 100MPH and 30MPH on the same road is extremely dangerous. That's why there is a speed limit and a Minimum speed on interstates.

@tigerdave0873 I agree wholeheartedly with one exception:the limited access interstate highway system was built for 100+ MPH travel.If the cops were not bound to enforcing laws which are designed to increase insurence rates and be a cion perse for the state,we'de be better off.If traffic is lite and your car is in good condition,there is no reason not to do tripple digits.Lane maners are what the cops SHOULD enforce.Period.Only time speed is a factor is IF there is a collision !!!

always great on 6 lane highways, just sitting in the right lane doing 10 over and passing everyone in the center and left lanes cause they are only doing 2 or 3 over the speed limit. Great vid

they r on the interstate and there is not going to be any signs that say keep right except to pass. what ever the speed limit is, that honda is doing it as u see the honda is going just a bit faster then everyone else on the interstate. in the video the trooper is breaking the law in the aspect that he is following to close even for a traffic stop. after close inspection of the video the trooper didn't pull him over completely b/c the honda was breaking no laws. bet is 19+ yr old rookie trooper
