@jasonshipps They don't get pissed at people that listen to the same music. They get pissed at people who listen to metal, which is fucking stupid to begin with. And then they try to say it takes more talent to play "br00t41" breakdowns than riffs or solos. I like some hardcore, like REAL hardcore, but I'm sorry to say that it takes a hell of a lot more skill to play metal than hardcore.

Hardcore has changed so fucking much over the years, it makes me sick. Cold World actually still holds true to the original values. Hardcore isn't about being pissed off at kids that listen to the same fucking music or face the same struggle, its about being oppressed, being pissed off and wanting to rage against the world.
As for shows being violent? It happens. Crews are whack, its all the same, just go to a show to vent and dance your heart out.

You know what i love about hardcore? Its how people can come from all over just to be themselves at a show. theres almost no discrimination and it doesnt matter what you dress like because no one gives a shit. Cold World is a great band.
