Great trainer,better then the total gym

I have one of these from years ago. The problem for folks like me who have bad knees or equilibrium issues is that one never sees how to get on or off it safely. I would say this true for the Total Gym as well. It's not easy or as common sense as one would think. That said, my shoulders really got ripped with this machine (made by a similar company; not a total g ym). I would say if it weren't for some instruction from trainers over the years, you still could perform the exercise incorrectly

Chuck Norris would do a roundhouse kick to this machine thus smashing it into thousands of little pieces. He would eat the thousands of pieces for a bedtime snack.
