im thinking of doing somthing similar

but making it road legal- indicators, brake lights and head lights abd a racing harness ect

i have been thinking about front mounting the engine to even out the weight distribution, still RWD tho.

It wasn´t too much because we built almost everything. The engine, as you see on one off the movies, is from a crashed bike.

Here (Brazil), you cant´t use it on road, it´s ilegal.

We used a "go kart" competition chassis, and made it a little bit longer, so the weigth distribution is perfect. I think you shoud try the same, because if the engine is in front, it´s too mutch weight on drive axle
