We as African Americans constantly complain about how the "WHITE MAN" discriminate against us. When we are out in public we tend to act like a fool (throwing money in a mall) and other acts of buffoonery. I was born and raised in the hood part of Chicago yet I know how to ack when I'm in public. With all the struggles and headache our ancestors had to endure this is all we have to show for it, OUR YOUTH HAS GOT TO DO BETTER
