Created as a component of our application for a grant from the Pepsi Refresh project, this video outlines our need for assistance in constructing a small building for our dogs. Despite a devastating flood that hit our town---and destroyed our facility---in the Fall of 2008, we continue to add to our total the over 2,200 dogs rescued and placed in loving homes.
