yeah, you can actually do this level in MGS4 its part of the flashback, all the items are in the same places tooo ^_^

i fell asleep during the briefing and woke up and saw this and was like wat the hell!! so i died on purpose and selected exit and it went back to mgs4

This made me so I happy. It made my day. Maybe MGS4 is the greatest game ever. I shall found out once I finish this long story mode :)
