It's very similar to 9 ball. You just have to call the ball before, as is done in 8 ball. You also can use the 'push out' and you win after 3 consecutive faults or potting the 10 ball, althought if the 10 ball is potted in the break this is replaced.
It's rather difficult, much more than 9 ball because you must do one more ball, and because in the break is more difficult to pot any ball.
