  • Just one judicial officer in Malaysia with a capacity to articulate himself in the language of his choice. Shankar Mahadev is clearly a judge not of the ranks of his colleagues on the Malaysian Bench.

His somewhat flamboyant approach to a press conference is forgiven. None of the judicial conservatism. He does provide oipinions. Speaking of the government for instance. But thats not fatal. Malaysia's lawyers do not have any of the capacity of this man. RIP the Malaysian bar and Bench.

  • another independent servant of the government!

  • wow! that is very profound mike5585g85

  • Intellectuals solve problems but geniuses avoid them - in that sense , Shanker Ur just a plain intellectual derelict !!
