Marjorie's Iced Tea with a Hint of Mint

Iced Tea with a Hint of Mint
Yeilds 1 Quart Tea
3 of your favorite English Breakfast type tea bags ( I use decaf)
1 Mint tea bag or fresh mint leaves around 4-5 leaves
1 Quart water

1. Microwave water just till under boil.
2. Add Tea Bags (MInt Leaves)
3. Cover and steep unrefrigerated untill just the right color, the length of time depends on how hot the water was. I usually let it steep for 4 hours. I don't worry to much about it because I know I am adding lots of ice.
4. Remove the leaves and bags from the water and refrigerate.

No, I have one son, Grant. Miko and him used to be very good friends when they were in grade school. As they grew up they developed different interest but are still friends. Miko's mom and I have always stayed very good friends. I bother Miko all the time to help me with this stuff and he has been really nice to help me.
