you would not say that about the valley street jail in manchester,Nh i am a paramedic in the city and we get calls daily for the guards beating the hell out of inmates,plus the place is filthy,they feed each prisoner on 60 cents per day they also have a lot of suicide attempts, transported a man today was in serving 6 days for a fine and the guards beat him senseless for saying the food was shit.
