@SodaPopJohnson You're such a retard who do you think pac was talking to when he said that? 2Pac got shot 5 or 6 times (and lived) and sometime after that incident bad boy records released this song. 2Pac responded by making hit em up, a diss on biggie and the rest of bad boy. You are very misinformed and you don't really know what you're talking about. Also Biggie claims that they made the song way before 2pac got shot (thats just a quick tip).
