The 65lb dummy is for wrestlers weighing between 140lbs-190lbs. It's 65lbs of dead weight. A 145lb wrestler is set up for a throw, they are pushing, stepping, leaning etc.. This is the appropriate weight for training.
Ivan was a World Silver Medalist.... I thin he can throw a 145lb man...

This model dummy comes in a 145 pound class. He is using only a 65 pound dummy in this video. I wonder how fluid he would be with a 145 pound dummy????
